Warranty

All products sold on the Revolution Needles Portal/Online Store come with a 6-month warranty starting from the date of delivery, in accordance with Article 921(2) of the Civil Code.

The warranty excludes products whose malfunctions or damages result from insufficient or improper maintenance, inappropriate use, failure to comply with electrical power recommendations, defective storage conditions, or extreme use.

The warranty is also excluded in the following cases:

• Physical damage (broken/damaged/corroded/bent equipment, etc.)
• Misuse, damages caused by drops, negligence, fire, water, electrical or atmospheric disturbances, etc.
• Damages caused by transport carried out by the Customer or third parties on their behalf.
• Use of options or consumables not suitable for the equipment in question.
• If the equipment has undergone technical intervention during this period, using labor and parts not provided by Revolution Needles.
• Modifications to the original product (e.g., removal of the serial number sticker).
• To exercise the warranty, it is essential to present the invoice or purchase receipt, and the rules set out in Articles 913 to 922 of the Portuguese Civil Code apply.
