When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Mainland Portugal - Up to 3 business days.
Others - 1 to 9 business days.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the following countries: Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Finland, Ireland, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Croatia and Czechia.
What are the shipping costs?
Prices vary depending on the destination, weight, and carrier. At checkout, the shipping cost will be calculated and informed before you complete your order, along with the total price.
What payment methods are available?
- Multibanco reference (only in Portugal);
- Paypal;
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, Shop Pay, iDeal, Bancontact and American Express);
- Bank transfer.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by accessing the Client Area and then going to My Orders. After placing your order, you will also receive an email with tracking information and updates on your order's status.
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
Yes, you should do so as quickly as possible by contacting our support team directly on the same day the order was placed. If the request is made after the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it, either fully or partially, and you will need to return the items after delivery.
Can I modify an order after it has been placed?
Contact our support team directly, they will provide the best solutions for your case.
Can I return my products?
Yes. You can return or exchange a product within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that the product is in the same condition it was sold. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For more information, visit: Shipping and returns.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If the delivery timeframe has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact our support team directly so they can check the status and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
