Piranha Global, Lda. based in Parque Industrial Coimbrões, Lote 71 – 3500-618 Viseu, Portugal, VAT NR- PT 507 776 003, registered in Viseu Commercial Registry Office, is the legitimate owner of the official website of the brand Revolution Needles and whose domain can be found at www.revolutionneedles.com.
Our deliveries and services will be completed only according to the terms and conditions outlined below, which will form the essence of the separate agreements. Even if the Buyer's different terms and conditions are not explicitly refused, they will not be considered as part of the contract. The inclusion of these General Terms and Conditions in the contractual relationship only requires PIRANHA GLOBAL's written confirmation of an order or the delivery and service accepted without conditions by the Buyer. Any conflicting or deviating general terms and conditions of business from the Buyer will only be accepted by PIRANHA GLOBAL if they are explicitly agreed upon in writing.
A delivery agreement will only be formed when we confirm the order in writing, which will determine the details and extent of the delivery, or if PIRANHA GLOBAL ships the goods to the Buyer along with an invoice.
Prices are presented net ex works (i.e. excluding customs duties and charges) plus transport and packaging costs and are not final until the invoice is provided.

You have the option to pay for your purchases with credit or debit cards, through Paypal's payment system, or with MULTIBANCO. If you select the latter, Revolution Needles website will give you guidance on how to make the payment.
When paying with a credit or debit card, all information (like card number, expiration date, or security code) will be securely transmitted through an encrypted protocol to Paypal, the remote electronic payment service provider, ensuring no unauthorized access to the data. PIRANHA GLOBAL will only use this information for essential purchase and reimbursement processes, product returns, or reporting fraud to the police.
If the Client chooses to make payment via MULTIBANCO, we will not start processing the order until payment is received. That's the reason we recommend heading to the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) promptly after using this payment method. If we do not receive payment within 5 days of placing the order, it will be cancelled.
Once the items are shipped, the total amount including the product price and shipping costs stated in the order form, will be deducted from your account.
Do not try to make a payment using any method other than the one provided at www.revolutionneedles.com. If you do so, PIRANHA GLOBAL is not responsible for any losses in payment or other damages caused by your actions.
Deadlines for delivery and the timeframes for delivery are not considered as strict obligations.
The delivery timeframe will start once the order is confirmed, but not until the Buyer has met any required advance payment obligations. They will expire once the products are shipped from the factory or when the readiness for dispatch is confirmed.
If a force majeure event occurs, the delivery period will be prolonged. PIRANHA GLOBAL has the option to cancel the contract if production is halted or fulfilling the contract becomes impractical due to force majeure. The Buyer will be notified promptly of the beginning and end of any obstacles. If the Buyer breaches the contract, PIRANHA GLOBAL is no longer obligated to deliver. PIRANHA GLOBAL has the right to deliver goods in multiple shipments.
The delivery will be done at the Buyer's cost and risk from the seller's location (Incoterms 2010 EXW clause). If the Buyer causes the shipping delay, the risk is considered transferred to the Buyer when the shipment is ready to be sent. PIRANHA GLOBAL has the authority to keep the products at the cost and risk of the Buyer, with the storage date being considered as the date of delivery. If there is damage during transport, the Buyer must promptly have a factual report prepared.
PIRANHA GLOBAL guarantees that the products covered by the contract are defect-free in terms of material and workmanship for one year starting from the risk transfer date.
The purchaser must notify PIRANHA GLOBAL in writing within three days of receiving the goods at the destination if there are any visible defects or incorrect deliveries. Latent defects should be reported upon discovery.
If the Buyer does not report defects on time, the Buyer is considered to have accepted the goods and will not be able to make any warranty claims in this situation. The Buyer must obtain approval from PIRANHA GLOBAL and provide the inspection report before sending the goods in their original packaging to our complaints department.
In case the complaint is valid, a new delivery or repair of the defects will be done at no cost. PIRANHA GLOBAL will send out warranty replacements within one business day upon receiving the written complaint.
If a replacement delivery is needed, the Buyer must send back the defective goods after receiving the replacement. The buyer must send back the faulty items within 5 business days of receiving the replacement.
The aforementioned rules do not cover harm from misuse, poor upkeep, wrong handling, construction, fixing, or upkeep by the Purchaser or others, or from regular wear and tear.
Reports of quantity discrepancies must be submitted in writing promptly, no later than three business days after the goods have been received at the destination. In the event of a delivery discrepancy, either another delivery will be arranged or a credit note for the missing items will be provided.
PIRANHA GLOBAL will be responsible for intentional actions, serious negligence, and violations of significant contractual commitments. Liability will only extend to legal representation and executive vicarious agents. Responsibility for actions of non-executive representatives is not applicable. In case of a significant breach of duties by PIRANHA GLOBAL, leading to contract performance being compromised, and that breach is unexpected and unusual for the contract, PIRANHA GLOBAL will be held accountable.
PIRANHA GLOBAL is not responsible for initial impossibility or for minor negligence from its employees and executives. Compensation claims will expire one year after the beginning of the legal limitation period. This does not pertain to tort claims.
Delivery and payment will take place in Viseu.
Portuguese legislation will be used, specifically excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Viseu will be the sole jurisdictional venue. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions must be documented in written form. Should any parts of these terms and conditions be found invalid, it will not impact the validity of the other parts. The parties involved will work together to establish clauses that will make a legally valid result as similar as possible to the provision that is no longer effective.
